John helped me pick out my couch! The total time I was in and out of the store was about 20 minutes tops. After speaking briefly and assessing my needs, he brought me to a couch on the floor that was available for me to take home that day!! It took us about 10 minutes to talk and find a couch and an additional 10 minutes of me sitting on it and making phone calls to find help to bring it home. He offered to have it delivered the following day for only an additional $30 which was a huge help because all the people I knew with trucks only have weekends off and I wanted to bring this couch home ASAP! The customer service I received was impeccable and the delivery of my couch was a great experience as well. The employees we quick, polite, and so helpful. I’ll be coming back for more furniture. You guys have earned a customer for life!!

We purchased a loveseat and 2 recliners tonight from here. Absolutely the best customer service we’ve received in a long time making a big purchase. Peter and the person who helped us with financing were very helpful.
